This is an original 1391401 IBM Model M keyboard made in 1988 and refurbished and bolt-modified in 2019. It is 100% functional. It is the old-school, original good stuff, with 2 piece keycaps, wire-stabilized keypad + and Enter keys, a detachable cable, manufactured in the USA. It's an amazing keyboard. Bolt-modified means its internal plastic rivets have been replaced with nuts and bolts. The plastic rivets that hold Model M keyboards together tend to succumb to the stress of age, and the keyboard begins to feel mushy, and eventually some keys stop working altogether. Once the rivets have been replaced with nuts and bolts, the keyboard tends to sound, feel, and operate as good as new.
